Kim and Kanye: Suing over proposal video leakage

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West

For people living “private lives”, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West sure do enjoy not shutting the f**k up about themselves. So here’s another gawddamn story about their giant proposal because they’re just so private. According to TMZ, Kimye are now suing Chad Hurley, one of the co-founders of Youtube, claiming that he was the one who leaked a video of their ‘private’ proposal online.

K & K go for the jugular, saying Hurley was desperate to find a “second act,” after 2 flops following his YouTube sale. In the lawsuit, Kim and Kanye claim Hurley wasn’t even invited to AT&T Park in San Fran but manipulated his way in. Kim and Kanye say they let him stay, but only after he signed a confidentiality agreement. And get this … they even got him to take a pic holding the signed confidentiality agreement, which is attached to the lawsuit. The couple say, “Hurley proceeded to try to turn the event into one starring himself, broadcasting the images he knew were the exclusive property rights of someone else.”

It’s hard to take Kimye’s whole “invasion of privacy” thing seriously when they have a history of doing stuff like, oh I don’t know, posting swimsuit pictures and then retweeting them so that everyone knows they’re about to do it. But who knows? Maybe they weren’t actually planning on using their engagement footage for a reality TV special. Or maybe they were and now they’re pissed someone else stole their thunder. That’s their famewhore thunder, dammit!
