As some of you might remember, after Kim Kardashian had her baby, she swore that she was a more private person, and when Kanye West proposed to her, he swore that their wedding wouldn’t be turned into a cheesy reality TV special. Except it turns out both of those were lies, because their inevitable wedding is being planned and filmed by the E! network. RadarOnline reports …
“Kim and Kanye have narrowed down the wedding location, which is being kept a secret at this point. It will be on the outskirts of Paris.” Added the insider, “Kim persuaded Kanye to let the cameras roll because E! will pick up most of the cost of the wedding and it’s a lot easier for a network to deal with logistics of a foreign wedding than if it were just the two of them planning it.” The lovebirds won’t have to worry about security, intrusive photographers or guests with cell phones, explained the source, because the producers will handle the logistics.
From a network perspective? Sure, another Kardashian wedding just makes sense. And Kanye is a much bigger name then Kris Humphries, so that’s going to bring in viewers! The one big problem is … well, The Kardashians. I’m not sure if you noticed this, but their last two TV weddings didn’t end so well. As in, “highly publicized divorce after four months” and “CRAAAAAAACK!!!” Either way, I’m sure it’ll be a beautiful publicity stunt. I mean ceremony. For publicity.
