So apparently, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian were the victims of theft a few days ago, which I’m sure Kris Jenner immediately recognized as an opportunity for a plot line. Anyway, police have finally nailed down the list of suspects to anyone who was recently in the Kardashian’s home and knew the general layout of their pad. So basically, the cameramen, the lighting crew, the hair and makeup people, producers, writers, interns, sound guys… you get the point. TMZ reports …
TMZ broke the stories … $250,000 worth of jewelry was stolen from Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom’s former Tarzana home, and $50,000 cash was pilfered from Kourtney’s Calabasas mansion. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … whoever stole Khloe and Lamar’s jewelry knew exactly what they were looking for. The thief or thieves took only the very expensive items, leaving the rest behind. They knew exactly where to look and what to take. What makes it look like even more of an inside job … there was NO sign of forced entry at either home. Our law enforcement sources believe someone from the crew of Keeping Up with the Kardashians is the culprit.
Of course, most people would take this as the moment where they realize inviting cameras into their home so they can be filmed 24/7 might not be the best idea in the world. But then again, these are the Kardashians. The part of their brain that regulates logic was long ago killed so that the part of the brain that regulates attention seeking and awfulness.
