good morning boys & girls! so i kept meaning to pick up the latest sharon jones & the dap-kings‘ album 100 days, 100 nights (released on daptone records) which i finally did last week – and oh my gosh – i totally love it – as i’m prepping to do my top ten favorite albums of 2007 post here on popbytes – i quickly realized i must include their album – it’s superb – with a soulful & funky retro vibe – i’ve been playing it non-stop since i purchased it – i highly recommend checking ‘em out! below i found a remix of their track keep on looking which i thought would make a perfect selection for this week’s ‘monday .mp3′ – plus i’ve added the video for their first single off the album – the title cut ’100 days, 100 nights’ – i’d imagine anybody who gets a listen to them will be instantly hooked just like me! i hope everyone is managing to make it through monday – pobytes over & out for now…xxoo!
