Kathy Griffin to bash Sarah Palin … on Glee!

If there’s one thing Kathy Griffin and I share, aside from a taste for surgery, an appreciation for Erik Rhodes‘ tushie, and making fun of Irish relatives (Ha ha! Grandma has co-dependency issues!) it’s that we both fucking hate the Palins. Anyway, Kathy is set to appear on Glee where she’ll be playing a parody of Sarah Palin. Aaaaaaaaand cue the indignant Facebook note in three, two, one …

Kathy Griffin, who has sparred with the Palin family incessantly over the last two years, is now set to play a character inspired by their matriarch on Glee. Really. TVLine reports that the comedienne — who most recently called Bristol Palin “the white Precious” in a standup routine during a USO trip — is set to play a Tea Party candidate mom and regional finals judge on the musical comedy. While TVLine says that a source tells them that the character, to be named Tammy Jean, “really isn’t anything like Palin,” the casting breakdown the show put out may indicate otherwise. According to Movie Line, the show was in search of a “recent Tea Party candidate and home schooler — a Sarah Palin type.” SOURCE

Just to save us all some time here, I’ve taken the liberty of writing out Sarah Palin’s response to this. “This is just another attack by the lamestream media meant to assassinate my character. What the gay jew producers of Glee are doing to me is no different than what Hitler did to the good, Christian folks of Real America. Death Panels. Terror Babies. Barrack Huessein Obama. Vote for me in 2012!”
