I’ve been sitting on (or should I say dancing on) this fantastic mix for awhile now, and I’m glad to finally feature it. I played it last night at the Robyn show here in LA, and a few people wanted to know who did it, so I took that as a sign. As for Mad Mix Mustang (this track’s creator), we’ve featured him quite often here – but he just announced he’s retiring from making mashups! This is another that proves his terrific skills: He takes the jubilant vocals from Yeasayer‘s O.N.E. and gives it an even bigger bounce with one of my all-time favorite songs, Just Can’t Get Enough from Depeche Mode. Just try not grinning and moving when this track plays. Kudos to Mad Mix Mustang, and thanks for all the boots!
