well just because adam lambert is cute AND he’s about to be crowned the winner of the 8th season of american idol! i’ve been predicting the entire time he’d be the last man standing – i just hope either danny gokey (gag) or kris allen (cute) don’t somehow get in the way of adam winning! he was down in san diego today (where he went to high school) for a ‘welcome home’ celebration – the final three people always head back home around this time as they gear up to find out which two will be in the finale! i am predicting it will be adam vs. kris in the end (however i would have preferred to see allison iraheta in the finals) and although i do like mr. allen (he’s adorable) it’s quite clear that adam really needs to win this time around and he’ll be our first openly gay idol – woo hoo! the latest issue of entertainment weekly is featuring adam on the cover – calling him ‘the most exciting idol contestant in years’ – i couldn’t agree more – he’s totally got the look and one of the most amazing voices – if he doesn’t win i simply will lose my mind! popbytes over & out for tonight … xoxo
