UPDATE! of course ms. mary brought the house down – i was up and out of my seat a number of times (i was totally grooving) when she did no more drama everyone went nuts – she was incredible! plus the new downtown LA venue is pretty kick-ass – the sound was great – and my seat was very decent – no complaints (well a few – but overall i had a great time!) i’ll probably post a little more about this show sometime this week! popbytes over & out for now…xxoo!
good evening! it’s another night out for me (this is the last one until next month) this time i’m heading downtown to catch mary j. blige – who i’ve happened to adore for quite a long time! i’m sure she’ll be singing a bunch of new tracks off her upcoming album growing pains which releases next month (dec 18th) and girlfriend better sing some of her classic tracks too (i so need to hear ‘real love’) i’m also super stoked to check out the new nokia live venue (next month i’m going back there to see björk & tori amos) i’ll do a mini-update to this post when i’m back home! popbytes over & out for now…much love to all as always – xxoo!
