UPDATE! oh i just got back home and i’m super tired but let me tell you – if you happen to have tickets to any of coldplay‘s upcoming shows here in the states or abroad – you are in for a huge treat! i had the best time – it was totally sold out tonight and the energy from the crowd was simply incredible! sexy lead singer chris martin was excellent (and quite chatty) along with the rest of the band plus the lasers & lights were amazing and well orchestrated along with these huge floating globes that changed colors and were able to project live video while spinning and moving up & down – although i wasn’t initially a fan of the band when they first appeared on the scene (back in ’00 with the release of yellow – the band formed in ’97) now i’m a full fledged fan – especially after seeing them live – this show is not to be missed! popbytes over & out for tonight…xxoo
hey kids! right now i’m heading out the door to catch coldplay kick off a north american tour in support of their brand new (very decent) album viva la vida down at the forum in inglewood – i’m giving myself plenty of time to get there since last time when i went to see george michael a few weeks ago the traffic was a total nightmare getting into the venue parking lot – ugh! when i get home i’ll try to update this post with a few thoughts on the evening (and i may twitter during the concert) in the meantime if you haven’t seen the video for their first single violet hill – it’s posted below! popbytes over & out for now…xxoo
