Between the series finale of Breaking Bad and the third season premiere of my favorite cable network Showtime‘s award-winning show, Homeland, tonight is a huge night for TV. Yesterday I had the chance to attend a viewing marathon of Homeland’s second season (twelve episodes in all) hosted by Showtime and Vulture at Westwood’s Hammer Museum. Although I had already seen the entire season, it was awesome to see it again (here’s a recap of the show from the beginning), I’m totally prepped for tonight’s big premiere. We started early in the morning and went all the way to midnight, with nice breaks in between that included tasty food, drinks and lots of candy! I also got to catch up with my friend Monica who I hadn’t seen in ages, so overall it was a really fun day. Plus seeing Homeland up on the big screen was fantastic, I was quickly reminded how incredible the show is, Claire Danes totally deserved to win a second Emmy for her (crazy) performance as Carrie Matheson. Below is a look at the third season (drama will be going down), don’t forget to tune in at 9pm and then stick around for the series premiere of Masters of Sex, Showtime’s brand-new show at 10pm!
