It’s hard being a modern day Tim Burton fan. The man has been recycling the same premise for years now, reusing the same actors and composers to diminishing effectiveness. But there’s some good news on the horizon: Burton is coming back with another stop-motion movie, Frankenweenie (in theaters on October 5th), which should remind everyone of his good movies (The Nightmare Before Christmas, Corpse Bride) while edging out his lesser works.
