I really hate admitting this, but I’d sort of like to see a Pauly D. / Situation / Ronnie / Vinny man sandwich. Making douchebags do gay stuff is my latest pervy turn on!




One thing we know for sure about the Jersey Shore guidos is that they make fitness part of their everyday life. They get in the daily GTL — gym, tan, laundry. In order to look good, you have to schedule the maintenance.



Set aside a specific time during the day to do something active. Actually calendar the event, if necessary. Make it a commitment. It’s easy to say ‘sometime’, and never end up doing it, so make time.
