We’re often troubled by making resolutions because we know what to do, we really just don’t want to! That’s why I suggest doing something fun.
If you want to make self-improvements, find ways to enjoy it. For myself, I’m joining a new hiking group because it’s a really great way to get myself outdoors — plus it’s a great workout!
