Let’s all feel bad for Gwyneth Paltrow, you guys. She has to work, like, SO HARD at being perfect. According to trainer Tracy Anderson, Lady Goop had “significant problem areas.” In Hollywood that means not being able to fit into a size zero, so don’t feel TOO bad. Those problems may be behind her, but thanks to her loose-tongued trainer the world now knows about her long butt and horrible thighs!

Tracy says: “She had 35 extra pounds on her. Her butt was long and she had outer thigh problems. Gwyneth is lucky because she’s really tall, so she can hide it really well in clothes, but she had significant problem areas. I felt so badly for her, and thought I could really help … Now, seven years later, she looks younger every year; she’s totally transformed.”

A more recent celebrity baby-weight loss success is Kate Middleton, who literally just popped out a prince and went back to her original waist size. One month after giving birth, she stepped out — in horizontal stripes no less — looking fit and fab. Aaaand just to throw it in Gwyn’s face, she’s hardly doing anything!

“She’s hardly done anything to lose the weight . . . She looks incredible,” a Middleton family source tells Us Weekly. “Kate’s still breastfeeding and the small weight she gained while pregnant has just melted off. She’s not dieting. After giving birth, she did continue with her yoga.”

Errybody – even the front page of CNN – is talking about Miley Cyrus! Her stripper tease performance at the 2013 MTV VMAs certainly showed off her toned body, but it also bore a hilarious Miley meme. This is what happens when your leather bikini bottoms are FAR TOO TIGHT, people:
