good evening! i totally adore oh so smarmy ‘chuck bass’ – played by british cutie ed westwick on gossip girl – i just wish he’d finally get together with ‘blair waldorf’ (leighton meester) they totally make the best couple – but alas right now she’s all wrapped up with ‘nate archibald’ (ed’s former sexy roommate chace crawford) who is probably better looking than ‘chuck’ but he’s so damn boring – i’d much rather hang out with ‘mr. bass’ – he sure knows how to keep things perversely interesting! this weekend ed worked up a sexy sweat while playing soccer here in los angeles as part of the LA galaxy‘s ‘brit night’ and his real-life girlfriend jessica szohr was there to cheer him on – she plays ‘vanessa abrams’ on gossip girl – i do like her character but she really needs a good storyline – right now girlfriend is totally chewing on the scenery! although i think the show is in a bit of a slump right now – hopefully the reemergence of troublemaker ‘georgina sparks’ (michelle trachtenberg) will add a bit of much-needed spice to the mix – we’ll find out what she might have up her sleeve tomorrow night on a brand new episode! popbytes over & out for tonight … xoxo
