do we really need ‘saw IV’?!?

hey kids! first off i’m super happy to report that i finally beat resident evil 4 – gosh i’m such a nerd when it comes to video games – and i swear this is one of the best i’ve ever played! plus now that i’ve beaten it once – some bonus rounds have been unlocked so the fun isn’t quite over yet! moving on below is the new teaser poster for saw IV along with a still! i really loved the first one in the series – it was great but the 2nd & 3rd ones were pretty lame & cheesy so i don’t really see the need to make a fourth but of course i’ll have to see it when it opens around halloween time on oct 26th (i’ll take a bad horror movie anytime over some romantic comedy) i wonder what kind of death traps have been set up this time around?!? i hope everyone is enjoying their weekend – i’ll check you guys tomorrow! popbytes over & out for now…xxoo!

jigsaw and his apprentice amanda are dead.

upon the news of detective kerry’s murder, two seasoned fbi profilers, agent strahm (scott patterson) and agent perez, arrive at the depleted police precinct and help veteran detective hoffman (costas mandylor) sift through jigsaw’s latest grizzly game of victims and piece together the puzzle. however, when swat commander rigg, the last officer untouched by jigsaw (tobin bell), is suddenly abducted and thrust into the madman’s harrowing game, the officer has but ninety minutes to overcome a series of interconnected traps…or face the deadly consequences.

rigg’s citywide pursuit leaves a wake of dead bodies, and detective hoffman and the fbi uncover long hidden clues that lead them back to jigsaw’s ex-wife jill (betsy russell). the genesis of jigsaw’s evil is unveiled, exposing the puppet master’s true intentions and the sinister plan for his past, present and future victims…

hmmmm the first one had crappy acting, but was good in the sense that it was the only one of its kind, which started more movies like it. However the second and third were really bad, so I don’t have much hope for a 4th..I guess we’ll see

ok well…the first one was OK…nothing else to be said about it…the second one was probably the best and the third wasn’t that great in terms of the story…The best thing about the SAW movies is the fact that they’re so gruesome which makes people want to watch it…I would go watch SAW 4 when it’s out but I’m really not overly excited about it.

okay uhm i dunno how you can say that the Saw series is bad. Personally i think the first was good, the second was the best, and the third was pretty decent too. And most horror movies just try to scare the shit out of you, but saw not only scared you but it had an actual plotline to it. And FYI the writer of saw announced that as long as there is support for it, he is going to keep on making more and more Saw movies. and i cant wait for more.plus Scott Patterson is hoTTTT so i cant wait to see him in yet another acting role ♥

I loved the first Saw and it was undoubtedly the best. People complain about the acting, but many horror movies don’t have great acting. Plus, most horror movies don’t have any story to it. I thought before watching Saw 1 that it would just be a mindless killer torturing victims for no reason other than hes a psycho, but it was more than that. There was a back story and overall the movie had great characterization and drama, with a tremendous twist at the end. The second and third ones tried to be as good, but they weren’t. They were cheesy and kinda stupid, and I just didn’t care about any of the characters, but they still were very entertaining to watch. I don’t expect Saw 4 to be great either, but it will be gory and entertaining and I am anxious to see how the plot will continue.
