In case you’re wondering why you never see Lindsay Lohan in movies anymore … this story. This story is a big reason why. A rumor started floating around the web yesterday, claiming that Lindsay trashed her Scary Movie 5 trailer because she was upset they didn’t fly her down on a private jet. Bear in mind, this is the same Scary Movie 5 that Lindsay tried to skip out on with a bout of ‘walking pneumonia,’ so this should probably tell you something here. From Hollyscoop …
Because Lindsay was acting like a pouty child, the producers said she couldn’t fly home via private jet and she and her entourage had to fly home on a, gasp, commercial flight. “[Lindsay] got so pissed about this that she acted out by clogging the drain in the shower of her trailer, destroying the trailer by smearing fake blood on the walls and also clogging the drain on the toilet,” says our source. “Needless to say, they do not want to work with her ever again,” the source adds.
So of course, TMZ reports that Lindsay is claiming that she was set up by everyone on the set of Scary Movie 5 because of course everyone is out to get her. OF COURSE THEY ARE.
Now here’s Lindsay’s story — she’s telling friends producers were ferociously upset she missed the kickoff day … even though she told them she had walking pneumonia and doctors ordered her NOT to fly. We’re told when she arrived belatedly, the trailer was a disaster — the shower and toilet were not working … and she had to do her biz in adjoining trailers. It was only after the shoot that Lindsay was accused of wreaking plumbing havoc and told she would not get her full paycheck … to cover repair costs.
To be honest, it doesn’t really matter if these stories are true or not; the fact that anyone is claiming this is real is going to hurt Lindsay’s career, and I’m like 99% sure that her lack of professionalism is probably the root cause of this. If she’s going to keep getting herself in stupid situations like this, she shouldn’t be surprised when her career keeps tanking.
