hey hey! i’m rushing around like a crazy person trying to get myself together for my 6am flight tomorrow to boston where i’ll be attending the HOW design conference until next wednesday and since my brother lives in bean town we’ll get to hang out a bit! right now i’ve got a brand new coldplay video (that features dancing politicians – i actually think it’s quite brilliant – you must watch it) featuring the first single violet hill off the band’s upcoming fourth studio album viva la vida (produced by brian eno) which releases on june 17th (i love the cover with delacroix‘s ‘liberty leading the people’ painting) right before the boys kick off a north american tour – i’m very bummed there’s no los angeles date planned yet – i’d love to see ‘em play live – i have a thing for sexy lead singer chris martin – wifey gwyneth paltrow should totally watch her back! i’ll admit that when the band first came together in 1998 i wasn’t a huge fan but they’ve grown on me hardcore through the years (you can pick up the title track now on itunes – it’s great) ok time for me to get back to my travel preparations – popbytes over & out for tonight…
