hey hey! here’s the brand new video from christina aguilera (directed by peter berg) for her latest track keeps gettin’ better – the lead single off her upcoming greatest hits album keeps gettin’ better – a decade of hits which will land in stores on november 10th (oh my word – i seriously cannot believe genie in a bottle is almost ten years old…gosh i feel ancient in the moment!) although i’m usually not a huge fan of greatest hits albums (i classify ‘em as cop-outs) so thankfully ms. aguilera is working on her 4th studio album which will be out sometime next year – i don’t think she’ll ever be able to top the brilliance of her 2002 album stripped (probably one of my favorite albums ever – it’s solid) but i’m sure she’s got some new tricks & sounds up her sleeve (besides the ones she’s been borrowing from lady gaga…) popbytes over & out for now…xoxo
PS there’s pictures below of christina aguilera performing live over at the emirates palace in abu dhabi, united arab emirates this past friday evening! i’m sure she’ll be heading out on tour again – i’ve never seen her live – so for sure i’ll be going whenever she swings by los angeles!
