Oh he’s in JAIL in Washington D.C. after being arrested for felony assault. I guess all that counseling Chris Brown underwent for his violent tendencies didn’t help matters. TMZ broke the story early this morning, Chris apparently got into an argument outside a W Hotel and Brown punched some guy (who he didn’t know) in the face, breaking his nose. There’s currently two theories floating around, one the victim photobombed Chris who was taking a picture with two women and that’s how the fight started. The other version alleges the victim tried to gain entry onto Chris’ tour bus and that’s when the fight broke out. Either way, it’s not looking good for Chris who is currently on probation for beating on Rihanna back in 2009, so this incident could definitely be in violation of the terms of his probation. TMZ says the worst case scenario would be Chris being sentenced to jail for around four years, which doesn’t sound like a bad idea to me at all. It’s clearly obvious that Chris still has serious anger management issues, perhaps some time in the big house is exactly what he needs.
Chris Brown was arrested in Washington D.C. this morning for FELONY assault after allegedly attacking a man outside a hotel … TMZ has learned. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … Brown got into an argument with a man outside the W Hotel on K Street and allegedly punched him once IN THE FACE. We’re told the man Chris struck never threw a punch. Sources say Chris and the alleged victim did NOT know each other. The incident occurred at about 4:30 AM. Chris was with his bodyguard, and we’re told he was also arrested. Our law enforcement sources say Brown did not appear to be under the influence of anything at the time of the incident. SOURCE
