 | good morning! it was just announced the charles gibson will take over anchoring ABC world news tonight…bob woodruff is still recovering from his injuries in iraq and elizabeth vargas will be on maternity leave during the summer leaving the door wide open for mr. gibson to assume the news reins on may 29th – he will continue to co-anchor GMA until june 30th… mr. woodruff said in a statement I look forward to contributing to his broadcast as soon as I am able…and when vargas returns to work in the fall she will co-anchor 20/20 – i wish them all the best – ABC has always been my number one news choice…and yes i still miss my dear peter jennings :( who doesn’t? he was the best! popbytes over & out for now…xxoo! |
