Remember that crazy scene in Showgirls when that one bitch threw beads all over the stage during a performance and then that other girl fell and completely ruined herself and then Nomi Malone sexed up a bunch of people for no real reason whatsoever? That’s what I like to think was happening behind the scenes of Magic Mike, as per this story from Us Weekly about how Channing Tatum and Alex Pettyfer absolutely hated each other during the film’s production.
Alex Pettyfer’s character may have looked up to Channing Tatum in Magic Mike, but when cameras stopped rolling, “they had massive fights on set,” a source tells the new issue of Us Weekly. “He hates Alex,” a source says of Tatum, 32. “Channing thought Alex was a diva on set.” The beefcake to blame, insists another insider, is Pettyfer, 22, who plays a character based on former male revue dancer Tatum. “Alex was a jerk to everyone during filming for no reason. He thinks he’s the star of the movie, not Channing or Matthew McConaughey.”
HA! That’s adorable. Alex actually thinks people know who he is! Teehee! Although to be fair, it’s possible that someone probably knows that he exists; I mean, there was that one time where he pretended he had a tattoo above his cock because he was too lazy to thank the girls who blew him. Or that time he said that Los Angeles was a shithole. Or that time when Glee star Dianna Agron dumped him because he was allegedly a complete nut. But yeah, the guy’s a gem.
