good morning everyone! i’m so pumped up over the new bat for lashes‘ (brain child of the lovely & talented natasha khan) album two suns which is releasing on april 6th (the debut album fur & gold was my top favorite album of 2007) ms. khan & company are back with a totally kick-ass sophomore effort – thankfully it leaked in its entirety a few weeks ago so i’ve spent plenty of time listening and i’m completely satisfied – i can’t wait to see natasha play live again when she lands in los angeles on june 16th! (have a listen to the haunting track daniel below – one of my faves) ms. khan is also being featured in the latest issue of fader magazine (download the PDF now along with the issue’s podcast) there’s a couple of gorgeous shots of natasha below – i simply adore her whole mystical / indian / nomad vibe! popbytes over & out for now … xoxo
