here’s lady gaga being escorted out of a london club … how many drinks did girlfriend have?! because she definitely looks a bit out of it (and needed the support of two bodyguards!) i’ll make a bet within a few months she’ll pull a susan boyle and check into some comfy place to get some much needed rest – hopefully she’ll manage to keep herself from coming unglued at the seams – she’s being pulled in so many directions on a global level (she’s HUGE right now) gaga is bound to end up with extreme exhaustion or a nasty drug and/or alcohol habit! (let’s just pray she doesn’t pull an amy winehouse) in other gaga news – her video with beyoncé for their hot duet telephone is supposed to be released this coming monday – i’m dying to see how it turned out! popbytes over & out … xoxo

kardashian sisters: divorce? duped! dumped!

wow! this week’s cover of STAR magazine has no mention of angelina jolie, brad pitt, or jennifer aniston – hurrah! instead we’ve got the kardashian sisters – all three of ‘em – each having their own relationship drama – kim‘s dealing with her on and off again boyfriend reggie bush – khloe and hubby lamar odom could be heading for a divorce (we all know that’s not going to last) and new baby mama kourtney‘s got trust issues with her creepy baby daddy scott disick (anyone with a last name like that shouldn’t be trusted!) although they’re being featured for ‘toxic love’ and ‘tears behind the smiles’ – the magazine did use a great picture of them all together (although maybe it’s actually three separate pictures pieced together?) it still amazes me how this family has managed to grab tons of headlines – all thanks to kim’s sex tape! (all her partner-in-crime ray j got was a VH1 reality show – totally the short end of the stick!) even though they all kind of annoy me – i still can’t stop watching keeping up with the kardashians – a total guilty pleasure! we’ll definitely be hearing about all their drama for months to come – whether you like it or not! popbytes over & out for now … xoxo

fitnessbytes: i call shenanigans!

In my own personal rulebook, fast food is NEVER an option. Anything served through a window is just not real food! But still, some people enjoy their drive-thru treats and I’m not so self-absorbed that I believe everybody has to play by my rules.


Just know this: If you’re trying to be all healthy and shit, a quick, easy — and most notably cheap — fast food salad is not necessarily going to be good for you. Despite her super sexy commercials, you are NOT likely to get a body like Kim Kardashian by eating at Carl’s Jr.! The particular menu item that Kim nakedly advertises by eating salad with her hands (who does that?) in the bathtub (ditto??) is almost 500 calories (aim for 300). Just go to the damn grocery store and get a fresh salad or deli sandwich!




I constantly hear people — who admit fast food is bad — defend their choice because it’s cheaper. I guess they have better things to spend money on, rather than their health? Basically, you can be a cheap ass; or a fat ass. Your choice!
