good evening! i’ve always been a huge fan of the cranberries (since their first album appeared on the scene in 1993) and lead singer dolores o’riordan is back with her second solo album called no baggage (i loved her first one too are you listening? released back in ’07) the really good news is she’s reuniting with her band mates and they’re going to tour starting in november (they last toured seven years ago) playing a mix of cranberries’ songs along with some of dolores’ solo material! i’m beyond thrilled she’ll be touring again … i saw her back in july of 2007 and unfortunately her drummer had a seizure on stage (at house of blues on the sunset strip) and the rest of the tour was canceled – a total bummer (especially for the drummer!) hopefully there will be no major issues this time around! below you’ll find the music video for her new single the journey – i could listen to her sing all the time – girlfriend has an incredibly haunting voice and great overall style! on a personal note … i’ve come down with a nasty cold – i’ve loaded up on medication / vitamin C and i’m going to take it fairly easy tonight – i hope i’ll feel better tomorrow – fingers crossed! popbytes over & out for tonight … xoxo

Dolores O’Riordan and the original members of The Cranberries have announced that they will reform for the first time in nearly seven years for a live tour. “I’ve decided to reunite with my former band members in The Cranberries and we will be writing new songs and performing tracks off my new album as well as our greatest hits during the shows.
