January Jones is a beautiful gal, and a pretty good actress as well. Ms. Hendricks on the other hand, defies you to remain unmoved to comment.

In the first pic it's a "Wow! What a figure." then, you look at the second pic and remember that she has a truly beautiful face.

I grew very attached to Mad Men two years ago and she was in no small part responsible for that. She plays Joan like a fiddle, making her meddlesome and strong and interesting and likeable.

That's was Mad Men does well that most shows never do: They make the characters complex. There are no black hats and white hats and every one of them has a bit of good and a bit of bad within.
