good evening! i'm so surprised i haven't heard jordin sparks' new kick-ass single battlefield on the radio yet - once i heard this song a couple of weeks ago i was convinced it would be a smash hit - but there's still time yet - hopefully it will start to get picked up because it's totally awesome! below is the brand new video for the song - it's not the greatest video ever but the song just kills me every time i hear it - i LOVE it - plus she looks great! battlefield will also be the name of her second album - due out on july 21st! anyways tonight i'm heading out again - this time to catch dame edna downtown in her new show called my first last tour - i've never seen her live before - i can't wait - she's hilarious and at age 75 - this very well could be her last tour! popbytes over & out for now ... xoxo

Well I don't watch American Idol unless my wife Mariya wants me to with her from time to time, but I've read about Jordin Sparks due to the fact that an online website stated how she was going to win American idol because the winners were pre-determined each show. Guess what, the web writer's prediction was true! Jordin won! So that caused me to google her and listen to her sing and I loved her voice, but didn't think more of it. However, when I heard Battlefield on the radio later I had to find out who the singer was. To my surprise, it was Jordin Sparks! Now I suppose I have to purchase the CD. ~ MOG365
