good evening! is everybody ready for the holiday weekend? i’m thrilled over having off on monday – oh memorial day! i don’t have any major plans – except to get my hair cut, have sunday brunch with my pal tabloid whore (who i haven’t seen in ages!) and possibly catch terminator salvation (from the few things i’ve read – i have a sinking feeling it might be a bust) anyways right now i’ve got curly-haired cutie penn badgley who plays straight-laced (lonely boy) dan humphrey on gossip girl (pictured below at the recent CW upfronts in NYC) he’s definitely not my favorite character – he’s actually a bore – yet mr. badgley is way adorable – no wonder his (amazon) co-star blake lively (who plays serena van der woodsen) got him to be her boyfriend – she’s pretty hot herself – they do make a really cute couple! (although if i had to pick & choose – i’d so take chace crawford and ed westwick over penn any day!) i do love gossip girl – however the 1st season was way better than the 2nd … hopefully the 3rd one will come back with a vengeance – i’m thrilled about chuck and blair finally getting together … but for how long?!? popbytes over & out for tonight … xoxo
