hey hey! i think i’m finally recovered from my three nights out this past week – on thursday evening i saw yelle down at the el rey – she was totally awesome live and so full of energy – the audience was eating up her delectable brand of electro dance pop – french style! (although i was disappointed to see perez hilton up on stage (again) to introduce her – ugh) the highlight of the evening for me was when i bumped into adorable aussie singer sam sparro who i had seen spin a few weeks back at the roxy – he actually cut in front of me on the drink line but then quickly realized what he had done and apologized – i mentioned meeting him at his DJ set and he did remember me – and then sam offered to buy me a drink – how could i turn his offer down?
