A lot of times when I’m going through my files of new mashups, I get into the conundrum of having a bunch of mashups that all feature the same song. And it drives me crazy having to decide which one is the best to feature. This is something I often go through when DJing at Bootie LA, too. So, what to do? Why take the best parts of all of them and make my own megamix, of course! As ‘That’s Not My Name’ by The Ting Tings is still one of my fave singles ever, that’s the anchor track here that gets mashed with The Cars (by Matt Hite), Metallica and The Beatles (by Faroff) and Destiny’s Child (by Lobster Jesus) not to be confused with DJ Lobsterdust). Hey, when you’re having a party, why not invite everyone?
