† FROM DJ PAUL V. I know we just recently featured his Duffy vs. Police mashup, but Mighty Mike strikes gold once again! One of my favorite newish rock bands is Kings Of Leon, who really wowed me with their latest disc last year. And it seems the masses are catching on, as KOL are now playing shows at big venues like Madison Square Garden, and The Forum here in LA. Their track 'Use Somebody' is just a fantastic arena-worthy rock song - punchy guitars, a soaring melody, and an emotional wallop. And I was stunned to hear how smoothly and seamlessly the classic Motown of The Four Tops meshes with it. If you didn't know either of these tracks, you'd swear this was how this song was recorded - it's that good.
