hey hey! the last twenty-four hours have been an emotional roller coaster for me – yet i’m trying to remain positive and upbeat – i’d rather not go into the gory details but basically something went down yesterday that was out of my control – i’m not a big fan of change – and sadly change has arrived – going forward i’m going to put my happy face on and do what needs to be done – which is really the only thing i can do! luckily my pal tara just sent me a copy of the newly released video game afro samurai for my xbox (it’s also available on PS3) and it has helped immensely to take my mind off things – the game is incredibly fun and super bloody (check out the trailer below along with some pictures) i’ve been slashing nasty ninjas left and right with my trusty sword – the graphics are stunning and the game play is really smooth plus it features the voices of samuel l. jackson, ron pearlman and kelly hu (it’s inspired by the animated show of the same name which airs on spikeTV) i totally needed a break from my obsession with fallout 3 and this game has been a refreshing change of pace (sometimes i do like change i suppose – change i can control) if you’re itching for a new game (since there hasn’t been much out lately) i highly recommend picking this one up – this should hopefully tide me over until the spring release of resident evil 5! popbytes over & out for now…xoxo
