oh my word - these are some of the best pictures i've ever seen of actress kate winslet - she's the latest sexy vanity fair cover girl (december '08) and kate is smokin' - holy fucking cow! the question is raised 'isn't she deneuvely?' - kate winslet is definitely comparable to legendary actress catherine deneuve - i think she's an incredible actress (who i first fell in love with after seeing 94's heavenly creatures) and IMHO a little on the underrated side of things (even though she has been nominated for five academy awards) she's totally amazing in one of my favorite movies of all time - 2003's the life of david gale which i've mentioned a number of time over the years here on popbytes - you must watch it if you haven't already! (i feel like i'm the only one who saw that movie) check out the article over on the magazine's website - and thankfully ms. winslet has not one but two new movies coming out soon - the reader and revolutionary road (in which she reunites with her titanic co-star leonardo dicaprio) popbytes over & out for tonight...xoxo

OMG! That second picture of her is breathtaking! I still remember Kate from when she was in Titanic and how beautiful she looked, but she has looks even better! I wonder how she'll be in 'The Magician's Wife' because it sounds like it's going to be a great movie.

They are great pictures. But, they have definitely been tweaked, air brushed, and/or otherwise improved. Kate is a beautiful woman, but not quite as perfect and beautiful as she looks in these pictures. It is important that people understand this, as we hold these celebrities up to impossible standards.
