NIP/TUCK SEASON 6 TEASER PROMO!

good evening everyone! i was so excited the other day to find out two of my favorite shows will be returning to FX at the beginning of next year - nip/tuck is coming back for its 6th season starting tuesday january 6th - the following night damages is back for a 2nd season (i still need to catch up on the first season - i'm about halfway through - it kicks ass) hopefully 'nip/tuck' will be better this time around than last - it wasn't horrible but i think they can do a better job (plus it was cut short by eight episodes because of the writers' strike) when we last left 'dr. mcnamara' (dylan walsh) he was attacked by that super crazy lady 'colleen rose' (played to perfection by sharon gless) and left for dead - luckily by the looks of the promo below (featuring kanye west's 'flashing lights) 'dr. troy' (julian mcmahon) finds him - just in time! i hope everyone is enjoying their friday night - thank heavens the weekend is finally here - popbytes over & out for tonight...xoxo (oh and i just had to add that i adore kelly carlson who will be back as kimber henry)

OH MY GOSH - I LOVE GRACE JONES!

good morning y'all & happy friday! so right now i'm on this huge grace jones kick right now (join her on myspace) girlfriend just released her first album in nineteen years called hurricane - i picked up the import version earlier this week (i'm not sure if it will get a proper release here in the states) and it's awesome - it's kooky, dark, and trippy - just like ms. jones! (watch the video for her first single 'corporate cannibal') she's also doing a small set of shows over in the UK - i'd simply die to see her sing in person - i think she'd be amazing! last night at ms. jones showed up to GQ magazine's 2008 men of the year awards which were held in munich, germany - i don't know if she stole the centerpiece off a table but she was carrying around this rather large bouquet of flowers while getting sassy with actor joseph fiennes (best known for shakespeare in love) i bet she's a total trip to hang out with plus she still looks amazing at age 60 - long live grace jones! popbytes over & out for now...xoxo
