good morning! i literally could not sleep last night – the thought of seeing tina turner live in concert tonight kept me awake all night long…i haven’t been this excited for a concert in a long time (and you all know me by now – i’m pretty excited all the time – so just imagine how i am at the moment…i’m like amy winehouse at a candy store that specializes in crack & smack) ms. turner is a fucking legend and she’s getting ready to celebrate age 69 (her birthday is november 26th) and is still tearing up the stage like nobody’s business (girlfriend seriously must have found the fountain of youth – she still looks oh so fabulous – i must find out her secret) plus tina’s got 50+ years of rock & roll history behind her – the woman is a living legend in a league of her own! oh my word…when she hits the stage at staples center this evening i feel like i’m going to bawl my eyes out – she’s simply the best! below is a decent remix of her 1986 track typical male along with the video! popbytes over & out for now…xoxo
