good evening! oh i’ve had a lovely day off so far – i didn’t do much but that was totally fine by me – between playing video games i did manage to make it down to the farmers market (3rd & fairfax) for a quick & tasty bite to eat – right now i’m trying to catch up on a bunch of shows backed up on my tivo (i’m almost caught up with top design – it’s SO good!) below i’ve got pictures of one of my favorite ladies – ms. dolly parton from her concert held last night in boca raton, florida (although i do have friends in florida but it’s probably my least favorite state for a number of reasons…yet miami is exempt from my judgment) i’ve had the pleasure to see her in concert twice and both times ms. parton was incredible! she’s also been super busy working on the new musical 9 to 5 which i believe closes tomorrow in los angeles and will re-open in the spring (april 7th) at broadway’s marriott marquis theatre! i got to see the show twice during its LA run – i loved it both times – i’m sure they will tinker with the show a little bit before it lands in new york but i think (and hope) it’ll end up being really successful and might even pick up some tony awards! popbytes over & out for now…xoxo
