oh no! actress heather locklear (age 47) was arrested last night up in santa barbara county for suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance (her oh so lovely glassy eyed mugshot is posted below…) apparently it wasn’t alcohol but probably prescription medication (she was released without having to post bail early this morning) gosh i love ms. locklear (team heather all the way) ever since denise richards stirred up all that messy drama – heather hasn’t quite been the same! she was recently held up in an arizona rehab center for two months apparently to deal with depression and anxiety but i think there’s more to the story than meets the eye! her ex-hubby rocker richie sambora was also busted back in march on DUI charges – it certainly has not been a good year for either of ‘em (and where the hell is jack wagner – wasn’t he dating ms. locklear not too long ago?!?) i really hope heather can work through her issues whatever they might actually be – girlfriend needs to be ready for a triumphant return to melrose place as amanda woodward if they decide to resurrect that show just like 90210! popbytes over & out for now…xoxo
