good evening! exactly three weeks from tonight (september 1st) the second season of gossip girl kicks off (there's a couple of pics from the premiere - along with some recent shots of the cast filming in my old stomping ground brooklyn heights) i recently got the first season on DVD for review purposes (it goes on sale next tuesday august 19th) and the series is amazing & highly addictive - i was hooked right away! over the weekend i watched six episodes in a row on saturday - on sunday i managed to squeeze in three more (i only nine more to go which i plan to knock out next weekend) i can't believe i didn't start watching until now - my pal joey told me that i'd love it - and girlfriend was totally right! (watching hottie chace crawford is reason enough alone to tune in...) i swear if i was a girl i'd dress exactly like blake lively's character 'serena' - she is always wearing the most impeccable outfits! i can't wait to see what else goes down during the first season - then i'll be prepped for the second time around! (even though i think ed westwick's character 'chuck' is totally smarmy - i'd for sure make out with him) popbytes over & out for now...xxoo

good morning and happy monday (if there really is such a thing...) right now i've got a track some of you may have heard before - it's from swedish dance sensation september with vocalist petra marklund (who reminds me of 'earl' actress jaime pressly) her song cry for you was a massive hit back in 2007 over in europe - two years later ms. marklund's self-titled album (i have no clue why she refers to herself as september...) was finally re-released stateside back in february - it's total pop dance fluff but highly enjoyable - watch the video below plus there's two pretty decent remixes for your listening pleasure! popbytes over & out for now...xoxo
