hey kids – happy friday! yesterday legends tina turner (68) and cher (61) appeared together on oprah winfrey‘s daytime talk show – except it wasn’t in chicago – oprah took her audience to caesars palace in las vegas where cher just kicked off her brand new show for a three year run (in the same theatre where celine dion did her ‘a brand new day’ show) the two divas even reunited on stage together for a duet of ms. turner’s classic track proud mary (which was fabulous) plus tina announced she’s going on tour again – for the very last time – right after the show ended i picked up tickets to see her in los angeles – what a treat it will be to see a living legend do her thing – gosh i love tina turner! i’d also like to go to vegas to see cher (and bette midler) but she’ll be there for awhile so there’s no rush! popbytes over & out for now…xxoo
