hey hey! earlier this week my darling amy winehouse was riding home on the M40 from henley back to london – there was a car accident which backed up traffic causing a bit of jam – ms. winehouse grew tired of waiting and was itching to smoke a cigarette (stashed conveniently in her beehive which also is in need of dire help) but she didn’t have a lighter – so she proceeded to get out of the car and wandered around asking other drivers for a light which she eventually got! amy actually doesn’t look all that bad in the pictures below (when compared to some of her most recent late night outings) but damn her left arm is seriously scratched & cut up – it’s scary looking! it’s unfortunate that she’s not working on new material at the moment but island records is re-issuing her debut album frank as a deluxe edition which will include an eighteen-track bonus disc, w/ rare tracks, remixes, b-sides, and live performances! as for her third album it has been delayed obviously and probably won’t release to sometime next year…only if she somehow manages to pull herself together (maybe britney spears‘ father can help out – he sure helped to stabilize britney) popbytes over & out for tonight…xxoo
