we're now down to the final four on american idol after brooke white got the boot tonight - no big surprise - it was her time to go! ms. white has been hanging on by her fingernails over the past few weeks - i do like her 'girl w/ a piano' style but for sure she was not cut out to win the competition! next week syesha mercado will leave followed by jason castro...leading up to david cook (who should win) & david archuleta (who will win) battling out for the idol title...hello boring! this season has been seriously dragging ass - i'm barely buzzed over the finale - by now i should be way pumped up but i'm just not feeling it this year at all (i'm more excited over the premiere of the new season of so you think you can dance? on may 22nd) popbytes over & out for tonight...xxoo

MADONNA PERFORMING AT ROSELAND!

oh my gosh!!! i would have loved to been in new york city tonight for madonna's show at roseland ballroom (the very same place where i had a mini intimate moment with courtney love which led to my tattoo of a flaming heart in honor of ms. love) there's a bunch of pictures below of madge's performance (justin timberlake was also on stage) my fingers are totally crossed with the hope that madonna will do another tour in support of her new album hard candy which i have been listening to non-stop (right now my fave track is she's not me) popbytes over & out for now...xxoo

OPRAH TO RACHAEL RAY: YOU MAKE ME SICK!

good evening! if you live for drama then this week's national enquirer is right up your alley - drama & scandal is splashed all over the cover - i don't know what to start off with so first we'll go front & center with oprah winfrey dissing TV chef rachael ray - oprah supposedly exploded after ms. ray cursed at her and now there's apparently bad blood between the two ladies...nobody wants to be on oprah's bad side - tom cruise included! i'm very curious to see what transpires between the two this time around (the first part airs this friday may 2nd) i don't think it'll help his public image at all yet i could be wrong!

moving on there's major drama at the top for whitney houston's daughter bobbi kristina (age 15) who the magazine claims attempted to commit suicide and was hospitalized after slitting her wrists - oh hell to the no! i haven't seen much of that girl recently (actually here she is being messy not that long ago) but when she was on being bobby brown she definitely seemed headed down a questionable path - i hope girlfriend is ok - growing up with all the mess of whitney/bobby around must have not been easy! i'm anxiously awaiting to see if ms. houston's comeback will be a success...the music scene has changed so much since whitney was on top - she's going to need to nail her first new single!

it looks like kirstie alley hasn't been staying in touch with her pal jenny craig - she's dumped her diet and has been packing on the pounds - oh my gosh - even her ankles are fat! (that little call out is too funny) like i've said before here on many occasions - i love ms. alley - i think she's totally hilarious and a great comedic actress - i'd love to see her get more work - fat or not!

on the 'old people gone wild scene' there's actor peter falk who had some kind of 'public breakdown' - even the cops were called! gosh that's my worst fear being old AND crazy! (right now no old person can top prince frederick von anhalt (hubby to zsa zsa gabor) that guy is way out of control) there's also angelina jolie with her drug past coming back to haunt her - hell we all did things in our past that we're not proud of...if she was caught doing heroin now that would be a whole different story! popbytes over & out for now...xxoo!
