hey hey everyone! so i woke up to the news that britney spears has been released from cedars-sinai medical center - earlier than expected (she was originally supposed to spend 72 hours under lockdown) but apparently she was throwing a fit and being generally unruly - but britney did get a visit from dr. phil mcgraw and now word is that she might be appearing on his daytime talk show this coming monday - yeah that's totally the best place for her to get the help brit desperately needs - ugh - if she goes on that show - brit is a total dumbass! my darling courtney love is also chiming on on ms. spears situation via her myspace blog...which you can read below! you just gotta love ms. love's rambling blog style - it's always a little messy but you totally get her point!

nuthouse man was that truly neccessary? Poor thing, i didnt need to see all that fecal matter on the walls but Thaliens at Cedars is obviously loads nicer than Bellevue- shes takingt far too much adderol, thats what ive heard and what appears to be the issue to me wich is by the way none of my fucking business.or ours. I hope she gets a smoke soon, they dont let you smoke for 72 hours on a 5150, its blows for her, and i feel bad for her , really really bad for her- i came in as an outsiderso i didnt come in as a sweetheart, its slightly easier for me, i was never a good girl,l its still sucks ass, but oh whatever....nevermind.bless i hope people stop hurting on her. xxc

and just a little while ago dr. phil released the statement below to entertainment tonight...i don't know why he's involved - there must be a better doctor that isn't a public figure that could help ms. spears deal with her issues privately - everything about this situation is wrong wrong wrong! who knows what will transpire over the next few days? oh good times! popbytes over & out for now...xxoo!

My meeting with Britney and some of her family members this morning in her room at Cedars leaves me convinced more than ever that she is in dire need of both medical and psychological intervention. She was released moments before my arrival and was packing when I entered the room. We visited for about an hour before I walked with her to her car. I am very concerned for her...

COURTNEY LOVE CHIMES IN ON BRITNEY SPEARS...

Courtney is right. At what point does private and agree to this treatment, enter Dr Phils mind on approaching a patient? Will he not take the time to test and examine the patient making sure it is not medical before he puts her in the arena of public opinion for confess and regrets. I must say.. Hat's off to Britney telling him to take a hike, as she did. Eventually someone, even the strange papp lover will steer her to a get a full physical exam and get the mindless crazy girl situation under control. If she values her freedom she will attend to this medical exam soon. She has excellant financial managers that will keep her from losing her fortune to some whacky fortune hunters, so worry not who she marrys or beds, but the Spears family is strung out and raging against these finance wizards blocking them from gaining by her increasing craziness. She just has to get permission from the courts, tell K-Fed I am going away to get strong enough to reject any more freeby publicity tours, or work. Give her children rest from the visitation mess, move away for a eventually a year to adjust, mature in a place that's quiet and secret and take a good long rest.. Have them come and visit once a month for a few days.. and find out what is really wrong; what she desires and needs to have a happy life. True solutions not found in any busy scheduling rehab, which has to attend to many and has little time for one on one interests. sometimes it takes months to know what is wrong with a patient, how can a few weeks with many do anything. Better to cure yourself with private medical advisers.. re-educate yourself on how to behave socially with charm and grace, than rely on institutional staff who aren't really qualified or able to help you.
