never been one who was much for will.I.am or black eyed peas but within the last year and a half some of his production work has caught my ear on a few hip hop artists records that i was surprised to be hearing were collaborating with him. Cynicallly i got my hands on his album the other nite and i can honestly say im pleasantly surprised. Its a pretty fresh listen. I think he went the easy route with going with ' Get it from her mama' as the opening single. Sounds too similar to black eyed peas, when i think this material distinguishes him from his pop band memebers yet simultaneously remains popish but yet a cool album. Ill be bumping this for some time to come. Kudos to him....
