oh we knew this was coming but i still can't believe she's gone - tammy faye passed away yesterday at the age of 65 after a very long hard battle with cancer (she was quickly cremated and buried today) just the other night she got up the strength to appear one more time on larry king - it was her way of saying goodbye to her fans and also showing that you fight until the end - i so admired her amazing spirit & faith which she held onto until the very bitter end - she will not soon be forgotten - and finally she can have her hamburger & french fries she so desperately wanted to have but couldn't - i know she's up in heaven smiling down on all of us - i'm not a religious person by any means but for some reason i really took to her kind heart & beautiful spirit - we miss you already and love you dearly tammy faye - popbytes over & out for now - xxoo

Rest in peace Tammy Faye. I'm so sad, but MK, you wrote a lovely tribute and put fabulous pictures of Tammy up--the way we should remember her. So strange how this happened right after the Larry King interview. You are right, I think it was her way of saying goodbye to all of us and after she did, she was ready to let go. Oh Tammy Faye, your bright spirit will be missed! I'm glad she's finally at peace and I too hope she's enjoying that hamburger and fries with lots and lots of ketchup! R.I.P. xoxo
