I actually was at one of his concerts here in Germany 2 weeks ago, in Mainz. It was f a n t a s t i c. It was a very cool atmosphere plus he spoke very good german, the crowd went silent when he talked and cheered even more after every sentence. He is sure a great artist. And the best is he's recording each single concert and makes them available on cd !!! I already signed up for my copy. Don't miss the next chance to see him, really really worth it ! Thanks for sharing this with US ,I have been a convert of Peters ever since i saw his work at Londons Millenium dome in 2000.

I was blown away by the show and bought the OVO album there and then at the dome and have since been lucky enough to attend his live concerts on a number of occaisions,including a very small,intimate gig in a reclaimed cornish quarry that now houses plants and ecological events from all over the world called the "Eden Project".(google that and find out about this amazing place)

You are right to be excited about his work,because he stands above most other artists in that he is a visionary who does things that people finally catch onto years later and inevitably copy...

Yes, Gabriel is something else. I discovered Peter Gabriel a few years ago - he is simply on another planet. So innovative, he's always pushing the envelope. The thing is, that his music isn't sugar - it's like a full, juicy steak, that takes a while to digest. But once it hits you, it's like discovering a new part of your brain - almost like a revelation.

I actually met him last year, and he is even more interesting in person. He could care less about celebrity or attention - he loves ideas, and was more interested in hearing about my next project than his. a humble, yet inspiring person..
