oh lily allen – she’s our cranky & sourpussed UK songbird but tonight she got her smile on for princess diana who would have turned 46 today – her adorable princes william & harry organized an incredible lineup for a concert honoring their mum (consisting of some of her favorites like elton john & duran duran along with a few current acts she may have liked – i’m not sure what she would have thought of fergie though) all of the proceeds are going to be split amongst diana’s favorite charities – it’s amazing to see how well her boys turned out – both are amazingly humble & gracious! i still can’t believe she’s gone – i’ll never forget hearing the news of her untimely passing back on aug 31st ’97 – gosh it seems like just yesterday – have ten years really passed? popbytes over & out for tonight – much love to all as always…xxoo!
