ANOTHER UPDATE uh oh for paris - the LA city attorney wants her ass back in jail - there's a hearing set for tomorrow morning (june 8th @ 9am PDT) do stay tuned (oh the drama of this all!)

UPDATE well ms. hilton was let out of jail - but will now be under house arrest at her digs in west hollywood for the next forty days - apparently she was let out of lockdown because of some undisclosed medical 'condition' - hmmm...i wonder what that could be? the sheriff dept's spokesperson steve whitmore wanted everyone to be clear that she wasn't let out early but was 'reassigned' - sounds like special treatment to me! (read the press release if you care...)

i just woke up and here i am reading what's going on today - and i saw over on tmz that paris hilton is out of jail! she served three days of her twenty-three day sentence! although i'm not super surprised - i figured she would have done a little more time than three days! there's supposed to be some press conference with the LA county sheriff - keep your eyes on tmz for the latest! i wonder where she'll be seen tonight out celebrating her release?!? popbytes over & out for now...xxoo!

I just knew she wouldn't make it. Don't tell me that money doesn't matter. Hollywood is like a whole different world. There is no reality there. I don't respect her and I can't believe anybody would protest her going to jail, let alone demand her release. How stupid is that. I do know where I live if you are caught DUI you go to REAL jail and you stay there. The everyday joe gets a penalty and by god , it sticks. There is no get out of jail free card. If they released her for phsycological problems, then she definetly needs phsycological care!!!!! But then I thought that of her before she ever got arrested. Wonder what kind of favor she had to perfprm for the gaurd who must have felt really sorry for her!! Poor Baby!! all that money and fame!!!!!! CAN'T FEEL SORRY FOR HER. WON'T FEEL SORRY FOR HER!!!!!! If I was caught driving drunk I would have been forced to stay the 40+ days in jail with a bunch of mexican gangsters who might slit my throught for looking at them wrong, but just beacuse paris isn't feeling good she is allowed to leave. What a load of bullshit!! There are thoushands in jail in depression and on the verge of mental brake down but at the same time so afraid of expressing their weakness because of the dangers of prision. Why don't we let them go free as well? People wake up and rebel against this system. All men are created equally, not the rich are better then us.
