I don't think anorexia is something you can catch, and even if it was, it wouldn't be a big problem in third world countries, I'll bet. Nobody saying "no" to food there.

As far as Nicole taking 50 pills a day...I'm a recovering addict, and before I went into rehab I weighed around 105 lbs (I'm 5'6) and I was taking anywhere between 30-50 pills (4 different kinds, opiates and benzos) a day for prob two years or so before I got clean. I'm certainly not saying the Star is the magazine to learn anything from, lol, so I just thought I'd put my two cents in. Everyone is different, but it's amazing what some people's bodies can tolerate, once you build up that tolerance for certain drugs, you just keep going up until you od and/or die. I hope she gets clean for real...

Absolutely people do take 50 pills a day! The more you take the more you need. Simple as that.

i don't think it was photoshopped, after looking at the set of photos from the link. rather, i think that was a horrible angle and since it was an unposed shot, she was caught with a strange expression. she's skinny, but not lifethreateningly so yet. she just should put on some weight...

If you look at her armpit, it defo shows signs of photoshopping. If she was that thin, with that big a gap between her body and her arms, there would be little or no shadow under her arm. Her left breast looks a bit off in that area too.
