good morning boys & girls! here's avril lavigne who landed the cover of the latest issue of UK's arena magazine in hopes of promoting her new album the best damn thing which lands in stores on april 17th! the first single is called girlfriend and the video is posted below - it's a totally annoying song...if the rest of her album sounds like that she's in big trouble! i was never a huge fan yet i didn't mind her but then she lost major points over her super lame spitting incident! she just seems like a spoiled brat to me - anyone else care to chime in on what they think of ms. lavigne? popbytes over & out for now...xxoo!

PS i actually don't mind that song she did for the 'eragorn' soundtrack called keep holding on!

I totally love her! I think she's heading in a really good direction. The song Girlfriend is kind of lame, but a good single in my opinion. And the spitting incident was kind of... weird... but it totally got blown out of proportion (is that the real expresion?). And you can't deny that she's looking HOT in that photoshoot :P

I can't believe you don't like this song!-I'm shocked!! I'll admit, it's a bit teeny-bopperish, but I think it's really catchy. The only thing that annoys me about her is that she says she's "punk-rock" but sings pop and teen-bopper pop at that...but all that aside, I like her :)
