hey everyone! i bet that joe simpson hasn’t seen the inside of john mayer‘s tourbus although his daughter jessica has seen way more than the inside of mayer’s ‘love bus’! (oh yucky yuckerson!) apparently papa joe is not happy that ‘she has found love again’ i wouldn’t be happy either if my daughter went from america’s sweetheart cashcow to a complete mess dating a grody singer! i know some of you guys are fans of john but i just don’t like him – never have!
but joe should at least take comfort in the fact that the relationship won’t last more than a few months (if that) yet on the other side of the coin at least jessica is breaking free from her father’s tight reign over her – even if she does have to resort to dating a scuzzy singer to loosen papa’s grip…many thanks to STAR magazine for the scan of their ‘love bus’ – anybody want to have the task of cleaning the bus when they’re done with it? it could be a perfect episode of discovery channel’s dirty jobs! popbytes over & out for now…xxoo!
one person who’s not happy at all with the seriousness of this relationship is jessica’s father-manager, joe simpson, who called her in miami on jan. 22 to express his displeasure. “joe was livid,” a source says, “and basically ordered jessica to get her tail back to l.a.” but jessica fought back! “she said she’d come back when she was good and ready. she can’t understand why someone who cares about her wouldn’t be thrilled that she has found love again.”
it’s not the first time jessica has stood up to joe when the subject is john. “it started when joe wanted jessica to perform on new year’s eve,” says a source. “but jessica said, ‘no!’ and she made it clear that being with john was her priority.” instead, jessica spent the holiday weekend with her man in nyc, shopping at barneys new york department store…
